About Lisa Boyd
Hello, thank you for the visit. Lisa is an award winning artist who is passionate about South Florida and loves its architecture, colors, music and most of all, the people. As an artist, she became enchanted with the area’s depth of soul and love of life which reaches out to everyone. Lisa was born in Shanghai and lived in China for several years. Looking for new horizons, the family moved to Canada. Montreal became their base and where she completed her school years. After college in Switzerland, Lisa resided in London and spent fifteen years travelling throughout Europe for Thomas Cook Travel. She speaks Italian, French and Spanish. I have just looked at your beautiful photographs. You are such an artist with the camera. I was born in Shanghai, 1940, (yes, I'm very ancient) and we were evacuated when the Japanese arrived. We returned in 1945. I have returned and travelled through your lovely Country. Your photos bring back many memories.

Appreciations Gull. Painters/artists tend to 'see' life out of the box. I do find it difficult to stick with one medium and style which is inspiring but perhaps not the best thing to present oneself as a serious painter.
